Chocolate Banana Cake




Okay, my first recipe post ever! It was a natural step for me to take, for at least two reasons. I used to really really love to bake, but due to lack of free time, I neglected that passion of mine. The second reason is - lately I'm obsessed with food photography! And naturally, I want to give it a try. For now I'll join forces with my mom and boyfriend (both are great cooks), and I'll be behind the lens mostly. Of course, it won't be only about photography, I'll also try to bring to you some interesting yummy recipes. Here comes the first in a row - simple, but so so delicious!

ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
115 gr melted butter
145 gr brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
125 gr multipurpose flour
3 spoons cocoa
170 gr dark chocolate
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Prepare the mold dimensions 23 × 13 cm.

Mash the bananas to make puree. Mix with melted butter, and then add brown sugar, egg and vanilla sugar. Whisk together, adding baking soda, salt, cinnamon, flour and cocoa. Then add chopped walnuts and chocolate.

Pour the cake batter into a mold and bake for about 55 minutes. You can check if it's baked by inserting a toothpick into a center of the cake. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

Ranije sam izuzetno uživala u pripremi kolača, ali usled nedostatka vremena, tu svoju ljubav sam zanemarila. Drugi razlog je taj što sam u poslednje vreme opsednuta food fotografijom, te stoga želim da se u istoj i oprobam. Za sada ću udružiti snage sa mamom i dečkom (oboje sjajno kuvaju!) a ja ću biti uglavnom iza objektiva. Naravno, fokus neće biti samo na fotografiji, trudiću se da vam donesem zanimljive i ukusne recepte. Pred vama je prvi, jednostavan a tako ukusan!

sastojci:
3 zrele banane
115 gr rastopljenog maslaca
145 gr smeđeg šećera
1 jaje
1 kašičica vanilin šećera
1 kašičica soda bikarbone
1/4 kašičice soli
1/2 kašičice cimeta
125 gr brašna
3 kašike kakaa
170 gr tamne čokolade
1/2 šoljice iseckanih oraha

Zagrejte rernu na 180°C. Namastite i pobrašnite kalup za pečenje dimenzija 23 × 13 cm.

Banane izgnječite da biste dobili pire. Umešajte ih u rastopljeni maslac, a zatim dodajte smeđi šećer, jaje i vanilin šećer. Izmešajte, a zatim dodajte soda bikarbonu, so, cimet, brašno i kakao. Kada sve to dobro izmešate dodajte seckanu čokoladu i orahe. 

Sipajte testo u kalup za pečenje i pecite oko 55 min. Da biste bili sigurni da je kolač pečen, zabodite čačkalicu u sredinu - ako ostane čista kad je izvadite, kolač je pečen.
